Return Policy

All return items must be unused purchased at smoke&hookah outlet.com within 15 days of original delivery.

* We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from smoke&hookah outlet. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will accept within 15 days after purchase if the following conditions are met: All items must be unused.

* All items must be in their original packaging.

* All free items left out of the returned package will be deducted from the refund at full retail value.

* Returns will be credited to the original payment method used.

* To return a product please contact us with your order information. We will reply within 48-72 hours with a Return Authorization and instructions

* Returns sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

* Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. A refund will be issued within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.

* Return shipping costs must be paid for by the Customer. - Refunds of shipping costs will only be issued if the shipment is a result of our error.
